Coloured regions disappear in PDF

Strange one this - I've set up a series of reports with graphs that have coloured regions in them. Two out of four of the reports behave properly and have been sent to the top of the class. The other two are misbehaving and refusing to display the coloured regions when the reports are run in PDF format. They show up in HTML format, but not in PDF. Any thoughts or suggestions?
