Dimensional - Listing all the members underneath a specified member

Hi Cognos Gurus,
Need your help.

How do I list all the members underneath a specified member in dimensional reporting? The specified(input) member could be from any level. But once a member is specified, the report should bring all the members from different levels underneath that particular member.

I guess I can use the descendant function but I need to determine the leaf node to extract upto that point.

Descendants is the function to use. Check out the flags, you're looking for "after".
