X-axis Rotation to 45 degrees in Legacy charts

Hi All,

I want to rotate the X-axis to 45 degrees in legacy chart.Currently we are using Cognos 10.2.1.

I have followed the below steps:

1.At graph , Rotate Values set as Yes.
2.At X-axis level, Label Control and Truncation as Automatic, Allow 45 degrees Rotation is Yes, Allow 90 degrees Rotation is No, Allow Stagger is No,Allow Skip is No.

After these the X-axis is not rotating.

Please let me know your comments.
