Running Report in HTML

When I run a report-HTML in design mode in Report Studio, my layout looks the same as how I design it. For example, I only want the totals in be in BOLD. When I run it inside report studio, only the totals are bolded.

But when I run the report without opening Report studio, it shows differently. Other fields are bolded. Is there a setting that needs to be change?

When I schedule the report to run in Background and output to HTML. It is completely different than running interactively. 

Shouldn't the report look the same no matter how you run it? .....

Different renderings (PDF, Excel, etc.) will change formatting, but I do not ever recall seeing a difference based on starting from Cognos Connection, a schedule, or Report Studio.

I was able to fix the layout when running on design mode in report studio and running outside the report studio by explicitly changing the Font properties of the fields. The style was set on default so I changed it to be normal instead of the default for the fields that are showing in bold even though it shouldnt be. It works now. I don't know but maybe there is something in the configuration that is changing it.
Now the PDF looks good also.

But it still looks different when executing in Background. It does not look like HTML version at all. Maybe there is something wrong with our configuration.
