When I use case when the report is not responding.why?

Generally a case is used when you are travelling and need to take luggage with you. I'm not sure wht you would want to use one when your report is not responding, unless you're packing your bags and heading off somewhere.

In case that's not the case you mean, perhaps you can ask a question we could understand?
