Conditional Style on all Data Items at once

Hey again,

I was wondering if there is a way in cognos to conditional style ALL items in my list AT ONCE based on a set value.

Normally you style it based on a value (revenue), but I have a report that contains several list items, all with different data items ie: (revenue for employee A, revenue for employee B).

So is there a way I can select all the items I want styled, and style them based on a value (so anything below 0 is red) instead of styling each individual row?

I know this can be done fairly easily in excel I just want to automate as much as possible,

thanks!
