Does the report refresh when you drill down?

Hi Everyone,

I have a report with a prompt page with a few prompt controls, one of these are on accuracy (Textbox) that users may decide to insert, the default is 85.

I then defined a column chart with vehicle configuration class in Categories and Three calculated items in my series, the user can then drill-up/down on vehicle configuration class to see the value on different level (Vehicle makes, models, then registration numbers). My problem then comes in on this. The chart has to display based on accuracy (That is all vehicles with an accuracy of 85% or more or whatever value the user provided). This happens on the first run but once I drill-down on lower levels this filter doesn't seem to be active anymore. I keep getting vehicles with accuracy that do not meet the initial criteria.

My question then is what happens when you drill-down ? Are the filters refreshed or not ? if not how can I force this filter to be refreshed during a dril-down?
