Attributes in Cognos Report

Good afternoon,

I have a little experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript.  I noticed that the reports that Cognos produces have attributes such as "uid", "cid", and "ctx."  Have you used these with HTML tool in the report?  How did you use the attributes that are not classes or Ids?  I know how to use class and ID attributes.
