Unable to connect to the gateway

HI,

When I try to open my Frame work manager ,its unable to open ta gateway,

Though I gave checked my cognos configuration and the gateway and dispatcher is perfect.

Can any body tell me why is this happening.


What can be the possible reasons for this problem.
