QE-DEF-0285&QE-DEF-0325 - while connecting with excel data source

Hi friends,

I have seen many similar error message like this,but none could help me resolve this issue..

1.I have placed excel data source in C drive named Excel_DB
2.In ODBC data source administrator in system DSN tab created a new data source name
and attached an excel sheet.
3.Same is done with User DSN and File DSN
4.Then from Framework manager selected new data source specified name and description
5.Specified type as ODBC
6. Specify the ODBC connection string - New Data Source wizard
i have given odbc data source as Excel_DB and kept ODBC connection string,etc as blank

and tested the connection and got the below error message.
http://user-pc:19300/p2pd  ODBC / Compatible  Failed  QE-DEF-0285 The logon failed.

QE-DEF-0285 The logon failed.
QE-DEF-0325 The logon failed for the following reason:
RQP-DEF-0068 Unable to connect to at least one database during a multi-database attach to 1 database(s) in:test data source connection

Note :All softwares/server are installed locally in my system and login credentials are correct

Hi,
create a system DSN.
Have you set the define names in excel file.?
