Query Subject Automatically in a Package

Is there a way to change the default in FM so that when I create a new Query Subject it is not automatically included in a package?

If it is automatically getting included in the package that means the higher level is checked on in the package definitions. If there is a namespace/folder which is checked on then whenever you create a query subject inside that namespace/folder, it will get included.

You can create a new folder/namespace and create your query subject there and when you want to include that in the package then you can move it to that namespace/folder.
