New user cannot see their burst report

Aloha,
I have created a burst report earlier where a report version specific to each user is sent out in cognos connection. The user can then login and see their customized burst report . I recently added a new user to the AD.
I can see their burst version out there ,but then when this new user logs in  .. they dont have access to the report ..  :o

Any thoughst/suggestions?
I've even checked the permissions and they have the relevant privileges.
I even tried to renew their credentials. No luck.

FYI, this has been resolved.
We are going through an upgrade and the ETL side is not pointing to the new cognos version. So, the CAMIDs are different in the new environment and thats why they couldnt accesst the reports
