Crosstab shows blank rows after 200 rows

Hello, I have a funny thing happening at more than 1 client. We are using 10.2.1 FP2 against TM1 data. When we attempt to export crosstab data from a Report Studio Crosstab (in any format Excel, CSV, PDF ) the report blanks out at exactly 200 rows. The dimensions show up on the left side, such as the Employee name, but all the cost data is blank. If you go page by page in HTML it is fine, just when you export. We have submitted this ticket to IBM and they will not say that this is a bug because they are not able to recreate the error. I have tried different things like removing edge summaries and removing rows suppression and it is not working. The knowledge base on BI on top of TM1 is woefully incomplete. Does anyone have an idea on what I can try next?
