When user to run the report in dashboard he is getting below error

RSV-BBP-OO28 The secondary request failed. The requested session does not exist and the secondary request does not contain enough information to recreate the session. Contact your Administrator.

But when i try to run the report in dashboard and report studio it works fine for me .

Any suggestions.
