HAL Error with Report Studio

Hello all,

I have a Customer who is experiencing the following error when trying to open ReportStudio in IE:

HAL ERROR:
_DSF.SFC() must be called in the HTML body.

It is only localised to one user. Any ideas what could be causing this and how to go about addressing it?

Further to this, the user logged off and rebooted his machine, then re-tested. The error is no longer occurring.
