Upgraded to 10.2.1 - trying 64bit Report Server Execution Mode

So we upgraded to 10.2.1 and wanted to try the 64bit Report Server Execution Mode.  I configured my Application Pool to 64-bit, changed to ISAPI and installed the JDBC(4) driver for relational sources.  I redeployed my packages using Dynamic Query Mode and went to open a report which uses MSAS cube as source.  Result was an error....

XQE-GEN-0005
Found an internal error:
com.cognos.xqe.ast.v5Exp.V5OrdinalFunction incompatible with com.cognos.xqe.ast.IValueExpression

I can't find any information about this so have reverted back to 32-bit for now but would like to know the reason for the error.  Any suggestions would be very welcome.

btw Normally a MSAS cube for the datasource works very well for us.
Thanks!!

Hi,

What happens if you create the report from scratch under DQM? You can use DQM with the 32-bit report service so you don't need to do any messing around with your config to test this.

I'd suggest it's definitely worth using Lifecycle Manager to validate your CQM reports using DQM - you don't even need to republish your package as DQM to be able to do this. It will highlight any issues in the reports that are incompatible with DQM. The rules are much tighter now...

Cheers!
