Dimensional Edge Summary

I'm a newbie in Report building.
Is anybody know how to build a Dimensional Edge Summay step by step? I'm looking to get that data type as attached.

In the crosstab just click on the fact cell and create a total. The total dataitems are of type 'Dimensional Edge Summary'
