Slow List Highlight Behavior

I have a report which consists of a very large List (probably about 1,000 rows, displaying without page breaks).

When in the report clicking into a cell (ie if one were to want to copy the text), there is quite a lag until the column/cell are highlighted.

Is there a way to disable this highlighting behavior, so that the list is essentially flat text without the highlighting of columns/cells on click?

In the report properties there is a setting to disable report interactivity.

Properties -> Report -> Advanced Options -> uncheck "Enable selection-based interactivity in HTML reports"

Thank you!  I remember seeing that setting, but thought it was in Report Studio.  Didn't think to look for it elsewhere.
