Reportview name based on dataitem

Hi all,

I have been asked to achieve a very tricky requested. Let me start by explaining high-level what needs to be achieved:

We have a dimension that is identified by a 6-digit number. This dimension is subject to change quite often: records are added and deleted (set to inactive) on the daily.
We need to run reports per this dimension. So for each line in the dimension table a report should be generated. I can't use reportviews since the dimension is changing, that would mean updating the RV's constantly.

We had a brief look at using bursting as an option but got stuck rather quickly.

Should we resort to 3rd party apps? or are there any other solutions?
