Event studio - Schedule option

Hi Admins,

Currently I have observed a strange issue in our production environment.

"I want to schedule" option in the event studio is not working. When ever I click on the I want to schedule an agnet option on the event studio then in the RHS pane shchedule window should come but that part is blank. However Same thing is working fine for me in development environment.

investigation till now -
I tried to replicate the same issue using the dispatcher uri instead of direct gateway URI. And when i used dispatcher uri then I was not able to replicate the issue. Thid detects that issue is somewhat related to gateway or IIS config.

Comapred all things in dev and prod gateways. Not found much significant info. One major diff is we have SSO enabled in prod and disabled in Dev. When I enabled SSO in dev I faced the issue there also. I asked the same thing to one of my frnd in other organizaton to test the same thing by enabling and disabling the SSO. He was not able to replicate the issue with enaling or disabling the SSO. Hence I am thinking there is something else rather than SSO which is causing this issue.

Please let me know if anybody has faced such issue.

Though its having workaround. Users can scheudle the agents from outside the event studio with our normal scheudling option. Noboday is complaining abt it  ;) but still I want to make it work.
