Crosstabs not staying on the same page

Hello everyone,
I have three Crosstabs. The first two crosstabs stay in the same Page (page 1) without any issues but the third Crosstab, keep
moving to the next page.  :o

I have tried the following but no luck:
1) Unchecking the Allow row contents allow the break across pages. No Luck
2) Increase the size of Page Body to 2000 or 3000. No luck
3) Have every Crosstab in one Block. No luck
4) Have every Crosstab in it's own table Cell. No Luck
5) have every Crosstab shared in the same table with 3 rows. No luck.

Please help if you could.  >:(

in the report properties look for page break data container for interactive HTML and select yes.
