Cognos drill down

Hi,

Can somebody pls give me the steps to acheive Drill down in report studio.
I have tried it on go sales with Product Line, Product Type and Revenue items.
I want to have drill down on Product Line to acheive Product Types and want Revenue to get seggregated accordingly.
Like :

for Campaign Equipment i should be getting Cooking gear,Tents etc....

Hi,

As long as you are using a dimensional package (with dimensions/hierarchies/levels/members etc - eg the GO Sales (analysis) package) you can select Data > Drill Behavior on the menubar and enable the "Allow drill-up and drill-down" option.

There is one another option for drill down using business view. for that you have to first filter Product type and Revenue in same report OR another report. after doing filtering right click on product line and select drill throw deffination.. and pass parameter which you have filter.. these way you get drill down in business view..it also possible in analysis view as said above..
