finish_button_disable

Hi gurus,
             Could you please help me out here where i have a 'finish button' to get disabled when i select a prompt values  i.e when three countires are selected out of five countries in value prompt it get disabled instead it has to be in enable state when there should be get selected all the prompt values.However i tried the script by adding the loop i=5, but it is not working fine...pleas help me out
