Burst output comes as seperate mail

Hi All

My Issue is as below.

I have bursted a report to send the report output attachments (PDF and Excel 2002) in mail.
The bursting is happening correctly (as of now only one value is present in burst group), but the output comes as two seperate mail. one with pdf attachment and second with excel output.

There is another report which is bursted the similar way and that send one mail with two attachments.

Any Clue?
