Error in opening cognos 7.3 impromptu Reports

1. Error number - 237: ".....Overflow occured on a <date/time> operation
A general exception has occured during operation 'asynchronous open'.

2. "Failed  to open document_______. It's location has changed. Please check the full path of this file."
then when i tried to open the catalog for this report, an error " Out of memory" is shown.

There is nothing wrong with memory and i believe there is suficient memory space.

any idea ?

What happens if you try to open the catalog first? Can you then create a new report with that date/time column?

Might be something environmental.
