HTML chart not displaying when saved to a file system

Hello,

I am scheduling to save a HTML format report with a chart in it to a file system. But when I open this HTML file chart image is not displaying, comes with a cross mark on the top left corner. No problem for charts when saved as MHTML. Tried a list report no issues. Any particular setting that I need to be done for HTML. Thanks in advance.

When you save the report on the file system, is it saving as an HTML file or an MHT file?

Actually Paul, uve been told me this some time ago...isnt it neccesary to format the size of visualizations in cognos like charts in case you want to save or render it in mhtml (which will create little "screenshots" by itself)?
Means, edit the size and width in report studio for the chart, this might do the trick i think !?!

I am able to save in both formats (HTML and MHTML) and MHTML has no issue , HTML chart does not showup
