Prompt in member set ?

hello all,

I have a crosstable which contains all level of a hierarchy (see attachement).

In fact, the user can choose any element of each Level (see the prompt screen shot).

If he chooses 1-Agro (member of Level 1 in the Hierarchy) he will see all datas from this level.
In my screenshots I tried with children(ES Group company) which is the root member(Level 0) and it works.

But it needs to work with ervery level depends on the user choose.
I also tried with hierachy in prompt but I also need to add a pagebreak.

So, How Can i Create a filter with list of member which contains all members and not a Hierachy ?
