Showing Values AND Percentage in Pie Chart Label

I am attempting to show both the value and the pie slice % in the label of a pie chart. I found an article that indicates in 10.1 I can do this but for some reason, my 10.1 does not display both only either Value or Percentage. Any ideas how to accomplish this?

In the properties of the pie chart, find the Tooltips property and set it to "Both".

If you don't see this property, it probably means you are still using the Legacy charting engine from Cognos 8/ReportNet. Go to Tools > Options (on the menubar) and navigate to the Advanced tab. Uncheck the "Use legacy chart authoring" option, then re-start Report Studio. Delete and re-add your pie chart, and you should now have all the new features.
