I want to define conditional legend. I give a colour to one thing. but when my report is running, yes the colour is setting but in a legend show different colour to same thing. In chart it shows colour which I want but in a legend it shows up different colour which in normal palette. how can i fix this ? thanks ...

You can hide the legend and create a separate list report with background colors as a custom legend.  This will give you a lot more control.

I try.

You could try deleting the colours from your standard palette? I have never tried a report with no colours in the palette, but it might work?

I did the same with a table having text and colors in Cognos 10.2. I got to know that this is not yet rectified in latest version and this work around is only solution.
Hope IBM adds this functionality soon.
