Unable to view the report view bursted by other user

Hi all...
I bursted a simple report which will generate 5 PDF outputs and saves the report o/p in cognos connection (i.e. Delivery method "save" is chosen). The burst is successfull and I am able to see 5 PDF files. But another user is not able to see any PDFs from his logon.
Could any one help me in sorting this out? Looks like an access issue but not able to figure it out.

When you burst back to the content store, the outputs are generally keyed on CAMIDs from the authentication provider (or from the Cognos namespace). If your user cannot see any outputs, it probably means he (or she) does not blong to any group or role with a CAMID that ties in to any of the outputs.

To debug this, look at the burst options in Report Studio and see how your burst key has been defined.

Hi,

When ur bursting or scheduling it better do it from admin rights.. as per the previous reply each and every items which have been bursted or scheduled will be saved,secured with their CAM ID..

You are all right.
The user is not present in the CAMID (of user group). When added to that group, user is able to view the burst o/ps in cognos connection.
