Paste Icon on Cognos Connection

Having issues with Cut/Copy & Paste.

We are using Cognos 10.1.1.  Windows Server 2008
Windows 7.  IE8.

I can 'Check' a report for the Cut/Copy operation.
Click the Cut/Copy Icon.  Screen blinks and acts appropriatley.
Paste Icon never enables. 

Very Frustrating. 
Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem as nilpo. Our environment is also C10.1.1 and Win Server 2008, but with XP & IE7 on the clients. The problem is not permanent; sometimes the paste works sometimes it doesn't, but if it has failed once within a browser session, there's no point insisting - it won't start working again. Only solution is to log out, cross fingers and log on again.

I've also tried Firefox, and remote desktop sessions, and the problem is still present.
We installed FP2 recently, but this made no change.

Any ideas, anybody?

Provided you're running supported versions of browsers, it's worth logging this with IBM.
