How to change name of excel sheets in report output?

Hi all,
    I have 5 pages in my report, when i run in excel output i get 5 sheets for the respective pages but the sheets are appended with _1,_2,_3 like that. Any idea how i can remove the _1,_2 part of the sheet name?

One solution i could think of was make the name of the page really large for eg: if the page name was hello then i have renamed it as hello<20 odd spaces><full stop>. This way the name of my page has exceeded the sheet's max length and the _!,_2 do not appear.

Is ther any other alternative solution using scripts etc.?

Also what can be done if I was using a page break to get multiple pages? How to dynamically change sheet names?
