running-total issue

Hi Everyone,

We are getting null values in the measure column for some years as per database data.

But for carry forwarding one year data to the next year we have used "running-total" function. This is working fine when there is data for all consecutive years,but it is failing when there is no data.

As per the attachment say for example if the data is not there for 2009, 2010 year for rural region then the 2008 Year data should carry forward ie, 38,000 should come in place of 2009, 2010 year.
