Image is not displaying in PDF format as stable

Hi,
When i run the report in PDF i can see the background images(comapny logo)but
the issue is sometimes image is displaying sometimes its not.its not displaying as stable.

Do we need to change any properties Any Ideas please let me know

Hi,

As a thought do you have a distributed enviroment with multiple application servers and if so is the logo available on all the relevant servers.

But Rob, Few Fisal years image is displaying properly.few fiacal years image is not displaying like (sometimes showing sometimes its not showing)

Do we need to change any properties/settings in PDF level(Adobe Reader)

If the report is referring to the images as a relative path, nothing needs to be changed. Ensure the logo/image is present in the webcontent folder of all your cognos installs. hope it helps!

Are you using adobe to read your pdf? maybe there is something goes wrong so that the adobe cannot read the image, or you can use some other pdf reader, im not sure this way is goona work or not, but it's worthy of trying.
