Date Issue: Results are incorrect if todays date is selected as the latest date

Hi All,

I have a report with a date range, from to.

When you put a range in from 1 Jan to 'Latest Date' option it works fine.  The results are correct.

When you put 1 Jan to 26th Apr (which is tomorrow) the results are fine.

When you put in 1 Jan to 25th Apr (todays Date) then it brings back the wrong results.

Any idea why this would happen?

Is there a time component to the dates?

If so, then when you search to today's date, then it will look for everything before 12:00am today, which leaves out the rest of the day.

Thanks for the uber speedy response.

Yes the date includes the time, which is changed in FWM to take out the time so the user doesn't see it.

However the latest date in there is the 7th May, so this still shouldn't affect the results should it.

hmm.. You may have to give more details on why the results are wrong.

Are there multiple date fields? Maybe your filter is going off the incorrect field (Speaking from experience on this one  :-[ ).

Hi,

There are two date fields,

Only one being used as a prompt, the other is in the report for information.

Again the dates within this field  do not come up to today's date.
