Excel Formatting issue

Hi Friends,

I'm facing problem with formatting issues in excel. I have 2 list report one below other in a report and there are few column header name which has lengthier name which needs to come word by word below. where right now it displays as a wide column. Attached is the mock up which users expecting an output.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Can you give more details, it's bit unclear looking at the user's mockup looks simple enough. Can you show a mock-up what currently is your report output?
