Business Insight Intermittent error

[Cognos8]

while opening the Business insight from Launch menu , open new dashboard, open saved dashboard getting the following error intermittently.

Version - c10.1.1 - FP1
All dispatchers are running fine, no issue with report studi reports. Environment does not have any other issues.

DPR-ERR-2014  - Unable to load balance the request because no nodes in the cluster are available, or no nodes are configured for the service: null

2)
A HTTP  error code occured 200
