COGNOiSe.com backup restored with some loss of data

Apologies for the downtime. The webhost was able to restore a backup however this was from early March 06 so some posts were lost.

We will work slowly to restore as much as we can and thank you for your patience.

I hate to be negative about this situation but I believe I have seen enough to form an opinion about your webhost.

I have never seen a high traffic site go down as often as this site. I have also not seen a site need to be restored from backup so often in such a short time frame. Also, this site is slow 50% of the time.

Please find a new host or do something. The current setup was tried, tested, and failed terribly.

Thanks for the praise again. I'm very satisfied with the performace so far as well. There are lttle quirks here and there, but overall I think this site rocks! There is so much going on.
