Cognos 8.1 Planning new Features

Can anybody please post me the link to any document/PPT which talks about the enhancements in 8.1 over 7.3 MR1 ?

Go to Cognos' support website, go under documentation, select Cognos Planning 8, select new features guide.  The only major difference is CDS and new splash page.  If you look at the version number, it will still say 7.3xxxx.  There should also be a fix list where you can see the fixes of undocumented features.
