Reportnet config - cognos.xts file download

Hi,

I've installed reportnet on Windows 2003, Oracle 9.2 and IIS. 
When I try to launch query studio or preferences from the home page I get a pop-up message asking me to open or save the cognos.xts file from localhost.
Has anyone else had this issue?

This sounds like that you haven't configured IIS correct.
Take a look at the cgi-bin virtual directory path. It's under /crn and must have executable rights. Also make sure that you have set the correct web extension permissions..

Take a look in the Install and conf guide for the correct IIS settings
