We would like to see a log of all the changes made in a contributor web model.  We are running version 8.4

Hi Gats,

Chapter 16 of the Contributor administration guide details the various commentary options, including user audit annotations.  Please see pg. 74 to see how to enable this.

Thanks Eric.  We currently had our histroy tracking set to Action time stamps, but i think setting it to full debug will assist us.

One other question about this setting.  How can i go an look at the logs of data?  DO i have to go onto the server?

You can use the commentary browser in any node and see the data on the pages associated with that node.  The other option is to use the publish feature and select to publish annotations and you will get a table in the publish database prefixed with an_<cube_name>.  This should, from what I recall, be all commentary both user audit data and user input values.
