Migration of Impromptu to Crn

Hello  :)
Today My topic is on Migration of impromptu reports to crn
I had impromptu 7.1. to crn 1.1mr2
I need to convert the catalog files..
For that what i had done is i had gone for c:\program files\cognos \crn \bin
impcat2xml -ncreator -pcreator (the source folder of catalog)c:\program files\cognos\cer2\samples\impromtu\reports\phani.cat  (the target folder) as c:\phaniimr\phani.xml

i had typed in this format.. when iam going for that, i got an erroe message as
"impcat2ml is not recognized as internal or external command ,operable program file or batch files

For this what r the steps i need to be done
can u explain me in details

Hello Sudhakar -

Have you downloaded and installed the migration utilities?Ã,  If you have, the program installs to X:\Program Files\Cognos\cer3\migs7 and not to CRN\BIN as your message indicates.

From where i can get any detailed documantation on these ?
