TR0168 error while creating a cube

While iam creating a cube iam faceing TR0168 Problem.


ISSUSE:Transformer could not open the datasource.Unable to decrypt username and password credentials from the content store.REview and save the cognos configuration settings to configure your reporting enviornment.

Even I had checked the Gate way URI of both Transformer and Cognos.Both are same.

Please clarify the doubt
