To displya a queryitem in a single cell with grouped

i want to display queryitem in list and wannna to be displayed in a single cell

i had created a data item , assigned to nationality table, it should show nationality group id,
i had drag&drop list to work area and draged data item(nationality id) on the list report, and grouped the data item..then in the properties i am hiding the column title. after that two times the (nationality id)  repeates in two cells.. but i want to display in single cell.with groupby..
i dont' wanna to repeat ( nationalityid)  as it shows in list report
can u help me
