List Frames

I am trying to create a report in Impromptu 7.4 that will have a dynamic list within a form like report.  There are 3 lists that could be 1 to many rows and should push the other data frames down the printable page.  How would I do this?  I have been able to create the list sub-reports but I can not get them to be anything but a fixed length and print in the same places on each page.
