Please do not use abbreviations when posting messages!  Many people use English as a second language and do not pronounce the alphabet the same way.  To you "ur" sounds like "you are" but to others it sounds like "oorr" (as in the ancient city of Ur.)

We do not want to chase away colleagues from non-English backgrounds. :)

BTW, where can I find the forum "rules" posting?

PS. Sorry for the use of the TLA, oops, three letter acronym above.  And the PS. ;)
