Event Studio - Attach report output in e-mail task

Hi,

We have a requirement to attach the report output(CSV) with the e-mail. The issue is that i couldn't find the 'Attach report output' option/link in e-mail task. I can only see 'Attach link' option.
we are in cognos8.3. (I can see the 'Attach report output' option in cognos8.4)

So, i created the report with burst option using a dummy burst key and now i created a report task in event studio (no email task) to schedule and burst. The report is scheduled and the users get the report output as the attachment. But, again the e-mail which is sent via bursting has BLANK subject.

My questions
1. Why the 'Attach report output' option is not in e-mail task of event stuido (cognos8.3)?
2. How to include a subject(static message) in the e-mail which is sent through report bursting (without using SDK)?
