Happy Friday,

I am trying to include ALL Users, regardless if they have logged on or not, in an Audit report providing: User Name, Logon Count, and Most Recent Logon Date. It appears that I am only getting the Users that have actually Logged on to Cognos.

I went through the Audit package and couldn't find a generic 'Users' query subject or anyway to put together all Users with a Cognos Account (regardless if they have accessed Cognos Connection).

Anyone out there in Cognos land done anything similar or have any advice, direction?

thanks,
kado

ALL Users, regardless if they have logged on or not,
Cognos Audit reports don't know a user if they never log on to Cognos and run a report.
When you say, all users regardless... then the list should come from your authentication provider but that doesn't make sense to keep that kind of list.
Do you meant to say all users who at least browsed to Cognos site?
We use a third party tool called Metamanager to get more than what Audit db can provide.
