CSV Format Rounds Dollars to the Next Dollar

I need to pull a report that exceeds 65K rows.  The only option I have is to save the report with a .CSV extension.  However, the dollar amounts are automatically rounding to the next dollar (283.56 = 284).  If I save the report as Excel/html, the dollar amounts show two decimal places.

Anyone know a work around this?
