How to be a Report Studio Guru?

Hi, I would like to know "how to be a report studio guru".
I hope you can drop links to books, knowledge bases, ideas, blogs, documentation and so on.

I am a "power user" ( not a IT guy) .
I would like to know how have you been self training with report studio.

I ´ve read the report studio user guide. It is not enough to solve lots of issues and problems.
So I would like to know if you have been accessing other more interesting resources available out there  ::)

Please enlight me, you report studio gurus...
So , what should I read step by step to become "a Report Studio guru" SINCE i Am not aN IT guy, but I have some knowledge in html,asp, a bit of sql and css.

Personally I resent the entire GURU concept. We are all in a different stage working with Report Studio and we all have our strengths.
I am working with someone without any notion of database,modelling or SQL and yet she has a real knack for creating elegant reports.
The Cognos KB contains LOADS of contents, but it as not an example of 'smart' material. Cognos really protects it's products by not offering any material outside their official courses. At least I have never come across any books    :-\
